Hi, I’m Monique, the founder of Moonbeam Healing. As a shamanic apprentice, Level II Reiki practitioner, certified Mindfulness Life Coach, and certified Sound Practitioner, I’ve dedicated my life to spiritual growth and energetic healing.

Through my studies in shamanism, mindfulness, and sound healing, I've learned to harness the power of universal energy to manifest a life of purpose and joy. At Moonbeam Healing, I offer guidance and healing to help others connect with their higher selves, heal from within, and manifest their own ideal lives.

Whether through energy work, mindfulness practices, or the vibrational power of sound, my mission is to support you on your journey to inner peace and transformation.

Moonbeam’s Women’s Circle is a great place for women of all ages from all walks of life to come together and share their stories, thoughts and feelings, to meditate and to support each other. Mo created a relaxing and soothing atmosphere of trust, friendship, love and spirituality, where we were free to share, and offer and receive support. What a treat!
