This sound bath also includes Reiki energy healing to support deeper release and energetic alignment, as well as channeled intuitive messages delivered by Monique to help you receive guidance, insight, or inspiration for your journey. Each session is unique and guided by the energy of the group.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and anything else to make yourself comfortable. Journals are encouraged if you’d like to reflect after.

Hi, I’m Monique, the founder of Moonbeam Healing. As a shamanic apprentice, Level II Reiki practitioner, certified Mindfulness Life Coach, and certified Sound Practitioner, I’ve dedicated my life to spiritual growth and energetic healing.
