I love mists and sprays as an alternative to smudging. This is my second time buying this item and I love it. It smells and feels like Sweetgrass and allows me to anoint myself (after cleansing with the sage spray!) in an easy way, like right before bed or before a ritual/meditation. I highly recommend.
